Terms Of Service Policy

A deposit of 20% per person per visit must be paid at the time of booking to secure an appointment. If the deposit fails for whatever reason, we hold the right to cancel your booking if we struggle to reach you or if funds fail within 24 hours. All deposits are non-refundable.

We require 72 hours to change your appointment, we only accept amendments via phone call 2817411892. Tuesday amendments needs to be done before 6pm on Saturdays (please view opening hours).

Cancellations and no shows will result in the loss of your deposit. We hold the right to cancel any pre-booked appointments up to 24 hours notice will be given. These instances are exceptional and would be related to the following reasons:

Staff illness

Staff absence

Unforeseen emergencies

Should in the very unlikely event this should happen, we will endeavour to adjourn your appointment at your earliest convenience. If in this instance you will no longer require your appointment we will issue you back a full refund onto the card you paid with. We politely request that you arrive on time for your appointment, we understand unexpected events do happen so please give us a courtesy call to inform the team. If you’re more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to rearrange it for an alternative day/time and you may lose your deposit.

We want you to be thrilled with the service you have received at Jenna J. Hair Retreat. If you’re not satisfied with anything, we are here to help. Although we do not offer refunds on our services, we will gladly rectify any service within one week of your original visit, providing it is not a fault that you may have caused. This service is free and will need to be organized via email or phone call. Please note services CANNOT be refunded. Products/Wigs can only be refunded IF unused and in its original packaging, without the lace being cut. Refunds in this nature will only be considered if presented and returned within 7 days. Our salon structure is set up to give you the best possible results. Usually more than one team member will be working on your hair. Clients are asked to respect this structure and not request a particular team member.

Although JENNA is the face of Jenna J. Hair Retreat all of our staff are trained to the highest of standards. We take great pride and does not allow a team member that we have no confidence in, in participating the make up of your hair. We will try an grant your request but want to make it absolutely clear this is not guaranteed and at times may not be possible.

If you are interested in coloring your virgin extensions, we operate a 7 working day coloring service. You will need to drop-in or send your hair via recorded delivery to our salon. Please include the name of the color you wish send samples/pictures, your contact details, appointment information (if you have an appointment booked). We will color your hair and get it as close as possible as requested, we will not be responsible for your bundles if we are unable to go to your requested color if it is down to poor quality/blended/pre dyed hair.

We are only accepting Debit/ Credit card at the moment. Please come prepared.

We DO NOT supply hair extensions as part of any service.
